Chi Running

I have bought these two books as it seemingly makes running effortless. Will post back the results once I have read them. It bases the art of running as regressing back to how you ran as a child and using chi as a balance force. Time will tell. I DO want to make running part of my life but geezo it's so hard. Last run I had shin splints for 3 days!
