Day 41 of my pic a day challenge. I feel so much better when I drink plenty and i only normally drink coffee. However I can drink plenty of water or squash if I have it in a fancy water bottle. I do drink about 2-3 of these on a working shift but at home I fail so today sees me aim for 2 of water. I love my Aladdin bottles @aladdineurope
