Fluval Flex in action
Finally after spending a month almost getting the tank up to normal spec and good quality water we moved the fish, prawns and worm over. We took extra time as it was such a new tank and had previously had all the fish in it die so we wanted to be sure it was balanced. The final move prep involved a partial water change and then hunt for the net. It had been so long since we used the net it took a while to find. All 4 fish, 2 prawns and worm seem delighted with the new tank as are we. Its very cool with an attractive beveled front and at the back it has a wee false wall which hides all the gubbings like heater, pump and cables so for once they are not in view.
One of the best features I suppose is the light changing facility. you can put it on a cool multi colour cycle which rotates through all the colours but due to the live plants we do mostly have it on bright most of the time.
